  1. Rapid Fat Loss Program: 2 C3X Metabolic Activator Paks, 2 shakes (replaces two meals) and one bar. Use this for six weeks… then move to #2 (will allow 3–4" waist reduction over the six-week period)… Avoid alcohol.
  2. Initiation Program: 2 C3X Metabolic Activator Paks, 1 shake (replaces one meal) and one bar.
  3. Maintenance / Long-Term / Lifestyle Program: 1 C3X Metabolic Activator Pak, 1 shake (replaces one meal) and one bar.

You will be able to implement one of our C3X programs into your daily schedule in less than three minutes. We also recommend a sensible diet and exercise. If your doctor permits, we advocate 90 minutes of resistance training along with your aerobic activity weekly.

C3X Fat Loss Program #2: Initiation Program

  1. Upon rising, take your a.m. C3X Metabolic Activator Pak with a glass of water.

  2. For breakfast, make a delicious tasting shake with one scoop of C3X powder.

  3. For lunch, eat a sensible meal.

  4. By mid afternoon, take the p.m. C3X Activator Pak.

  5. For dinner, eat a sensible meal with no dessert.

  6. High intensity exercise of 90 minutes per week OR moderate intensity for 150 minutes per week. Please consult your physician for recommendation.

  7. C3X snackbar

    * A C3X snack bar can be enjoyed any time of the day. It can also be taken as a meal replacement for those who want to restrict calories. For best results, drink plenty of water.
